1. Add cooking wine, starch and egg white to the minced meat, mix well and stir until stiff.

2.1 Take a piece of cabbage, put in appropriate amount of minced meat, roll it up, and place it on a plate. Steam in an electric steamer for about 5 minutes.

3.2 Add a small amount of salt and oil to the boiling water and blanch the cabbage for 15 seconds. Remove from the water and set aside.

4. Pour the soup from steaming the vegetables into a wok, add light soy sauce and a small half bowl of water starch to make a starch, and pour it on the cabbage rolls.
