How to make millet baked rice

There are many things we need to deal with in life. No matter what, we should not be too casual about eating. After all, only by eating healthily can we have a good body. Millet baked rice is easy to make. The ingredients needed are not only common but also healthy. Making it by yourself can also ensure hygiene, killing two birds with one stone.

1. Prepare various ingredients and condiments.

2. 2/3 bowl of cooked millet rice. If it is sticky, put it in a food bag and press it into loose particles.

3. Beat the eggs in a bowl, chop the green onions, add 2 to 3 grams of salt, and mix well.

4. Dice the green pepper, carrot and onion.

5. Heat vegetable oil in a wok until 60% hot.

6. Pour in the egg liquid and fry on low heat until 80% solidified, then turn over and fry the other side.

7. Fry the eggs, add the diced vegetables and millet rice and stir-fry for one minute.

8. Put the fried rice back into the baking bowl and press it flat and compact it.

9. Spread a layer of mozzarella cheese on the rice, squeeze some tomato sauce for seasoning and decoration.

10. After the oven is preheated, place the baking bowl in the middle layer of the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

11. It’s out of the oven, so tempting. Don’t forget that the baking bowl is very hot when you take it out of the oven. Be careful and wear special baking gloves when taking it out.

12. Present your gratitude to your family in person and they will be very welcome.
