Steamed brown rice Although brown rice has not been finely processed, its nutritional value is not low at all. It can be eaten after being steamed like steamed rice. But before steaming, the brown rice needs to be soaked in clean water for about four hours. After it becomes soft, it can be steamed in a steamer. This will not only make the brown rice taste better, but also increase the activity of the nutrients it contains, which is more conducive to the body's absorption and utilization of these nutrients.
