How to make Ziyang steamed buns

What does it mean to cook healthy food? I guess I have to at least do it myself. Now, let me introduce to you the method of making Zi Yang steamed buns.

1. 3 liang of minced meat

9. When the pan is 50% hot, use kitchen paper dipped in cooking oil to wipe the bottom of the pan. Remember not to use too much oil. Scoop a spoonful of egg liquid, pour it in the center of the bottom of the pot, and spread the egg liquid evenly with a spoon.

10.Put an appropriate amount of meat filling on the flattened egg skin and place it slightly upward 1/2.

11. While the egg skin is still not completely solidified, lift one side of the egg skin and wrap it to the other side, covering the meat filling, and then use a spoon to press the edges of the egg skin together.

28. If you feel that the chicken is not salty enough, you can sprinkle some salt on it and pour a small bowl of water on it, but not too full, because you will add vegetables later. Steam will also turn into soup

29. Put enough cold water in the pot, turn on high heat, and put the steamer in it.

30. Cover the pot, steam over high heat for 30 minutes, then turn to low heat and steam for 2 hours

31. During this time, you can prepare vegetables. Peel lotus root, carrot, white radish, bamboo shoots and yam separately

32. Cut the yam into sections and other vegetables into dices

33. Continue cooking on low heat for one hour. During this time, open the lid to check the water in the pot to make sure it has not dried up. Add appropriate amount of water. When the whole chicken and pig's trotters are basically cooked (you can poke them with chopsticks), you can put all the vegetables into the steaming pot.

34. Arrange the egg dumplings in order

35. Cover the pot with a heavy object to prevent steam from escaping.

36. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes, and your gorgeous Ziyang steamed pot is ready.
