How to make garlic scallop loofah soup

1. Ingredients: loofah, garlic, chopped pepper, soaked scallops (soaked the night before)

2. Peel the garlic, chop it into paste, and let it fully oxidize in the air.

3. Peel the loofah and cut into small pieces

4. Place a soaked scallop on each loofah segment.

5. Add some minced garlic

6. Add some chopped peppers at the end

7. Place the dish in a steamer and steam for three to five minutes. I over-steamed it this time, which caused the loofah to become soft and collapse.

8. Mix starch, salt, soy sauce and oyster sauce into half a bowl of thickening sauce

9. After boiling the starch, pour it on the steamed loofah. That’s it.
