4. Boil water, add shredded carrots and broccoli stems, and blanch for 1 minute;

5. Take out and soak in cold water until cool;

6. Wash and cut the purple cabbage leaves into thin strips;

7. Squeeze the pickled watermelon rinds and put them in a large bowl. Squeeze the carrots and broccoli stems and put them together. Add the purple cabbage and the cored and seeded Hangzhou peppers.

8. Chop the garlic and place it on top. Heat oil in a pan, pour hot oil over minced garlic when it starts to smoke;

9. Then add other seasonings in turn, mix well, serve on a plate, and sprinkle with cooked white sesame seeds to enhance the flavor.
