5. Heat oil in a pan and fry the beef rolls over high heat.

6. Fry until the surface turns golden brown.

7. How to make mashed potatoes: Wash the potatoes and steam them with the skin on for 40 minutes. After they have cooled down a little, peel them, put them in a food bag, add 50g of salted butter, press and mix well.

8. How to make black pepper sauce: Add butter to hot pan.

9. Add chopped onion and crushed black pepper.

10. Add tomato sauce and stir-fry until fragrant, then add a spoonful of flour.

11. Add broth and red wine until thick, then add salt and sugar to make black pepper juice.

12. Arrange: Arrange the mashed potatoes, mixed vegetable strips (left over) and beef rolls in order, drizzle with black pepper sauce, and add chopped yellow pepper as decoration.
