How to make cabbage wrapped liver slices

1.Prepare cabbage and pork liver.

2. Prepare two eggs.

3. Wash the pork liver, cut it into thin slices, put it in a bowl, add appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, rice wine and starch and marinate for a while.

4. Wash the cabbage leaves, blanch them in boiling water until soft, then take them out and let them cool.

15. Cut into pieces of appropriate length.
