1. Cut the beef into thick slices and pat it loose and thin with the back of a knife.

2. Slice the ginger and chop the green onion, add them to the beef together with other marinade ingredients, mix well with your hands, add cooking oil and mix well, marinate for more than half an hour (it is best to marinate at night and have it for breakfast).

3. Wash the spinach, blanch it in boiling water with a small amount of salt and cooking oil, cool it down, and spread it on the bottom of the plate.

4. Heat up a pan (a flat non-stick pan), add a small amount of cooking oil, when it is 30% to 40% hot, put in the beef slices (spread them flat), cut them into golden brown on both sides (do not overcook them), serve on the cooked spinach; in another pan, add a small amount of water, pour the sauce prepared in advance into the pan and bring to a boil, boil it into a thin sauce, pour it on the beef, sprinkle with chopped green onions.
