How to make grilled fish with sesame flavor

7. Put the fish into the middle layer of the oven and set the upper and lower fire to 180-200 degrees, depending on your oven and the maturity of the fish. Keep an eye on it and don't let it get too burnt. Bake for about 20 minutes.

8. After 20 minutes, take out the fish and sprinkle with cheese slices. Continue to put it in the oven and bake for about 5 more minutes until the cheese is colored.
