How to cook pickled pepper rabbit

4. Heat the pan with cold oil, add the diced rabbit and stir-fry until the rabbit meat turns white, then set aside. (If there are larger bones, you can put them into the oil pan in advance.).

5. Leave some oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, add all the seasonings in the third step and stir-fry over medium-low heat until the oil turns red.

6. Add diced rabbit and stir well.

7. Turn to high heat and add the sauce from step 2 and mix well.

8. Add onion and red pepper and stir-fry until cooked. Add a spoonful of very fresh soy sauce (optional).

9. Add salt according to taste and a little water to prevent the pot from sticking. After turning off the heat, add chicken essence and serve.
