Put water in the pot and bring it to a boil, then gently put in the chicken heart dumplings, cover and cook over high heat; after boiling, switch to medium-low heat and simmer for seven or eight minutes, until the dumplings are cooked through, then turn off the heat and scoop out the dumplings with the soup and serve in a bowl. Sprinkle some osmanthus flowers or wolfberries on top. If you like sweet food, you can add a little sugar to the soup.
