3.4. The butter and egg white mixture after whipping is smooth, delicate and fluffy.

4.5. Dissolve 1.8 grams of coffee powder in 1/2 teaspoon of boiling water, pour into the whipped butter, and add a few drops of vanilla extract.

5.6. Continue stirring until it becomes a uniform coffee butter paste. Mix 80 grams of low-gluten flour and 35 grams of almond powder and sift into the beaten coffee butter paste.

6.7. Use a rubber spatula to mix the flour and butter to make cookie batter. The batter should be just the right amount of wet and dry at this point, and can be easily squeezed out of the flower mouth. Using a medium-sized daisy-shaped nozzle, pipe cookie patterns onto baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, place the baking tray in the middle layer of the oven, and bake for about 10 minutes.
