How to make six-inch original chiffon cake

1. Put milk, salad oil and 10 grams of sugar into a clean bowl

2.1 Add 2 egg yolks and mix well

4.12 Sift in 50g low flour and mix with a hand-held egg beater in irregular directions

6. Add 2 drops of white vinegar to the egg white solution, beat it into big bubbles, and add 1/3 white sugar (i.e. 10 grams)

7. Beat at medium speed until the egg whites are about doubled in size, then add 1/3 of the sugar

8.1 Turn to low speed and beat until hard foam is formed and the egg white peaks are short and straight.

9.2 Beat until the egg whites have slight texture and the foam is finer than before, add the last 10 grams of sugar

10. Use a spatula to take 1/3 of the egg white and add it to the egg yolk paste, stir evenly

11. Pour the mixed paste into the egg white bowl and stir until the color is uniform.

12. Pour the mixed egg mixture into a 6-inch cake pan and tap it a few times to remove large bubbles. Preheat the oven to 120 degrees

13. Place the cake mold in the lower layer of the preheated oven (my oven has 4 layers, and I put it in the second to last layer), bake at 120 degrees for 25 minutes, then turn to 165 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes. After it comes out of the oven, gently drop the mold, turn it upside down on the baking net to dry until it is completely cooled before demoulding.

In fact, it is not particularly difficult to cook good dishes. It just requires effort. According to the above steps, prepare the ingredients and seasonings first, and then start making this six-inch original chiffon dish.
