9. When the egg liquid solidifies, spread the glutinous rice evenly on it.

10. Pour the ingredients and soup on the glutinous rice; pour a little oil along the edge of the pan and fry for a while until the crust is browned.

11. Sprinkle chopped green onions on the prepared bean curd, cut into several pieces, and serve on a plate.
