How to make fruity egg rolls

1. Wash the oranges and cut into thin slices

2. Add appropriate amount of sugar, water to cover the orange slices, and cook for about 10 minutes

3. Carefully take out and dry with kitchen paper

4. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and set aside

5. Add 10g sugar to the egg yolk and stir evenly with a whisk at low speed

6. Add salad oil and stir until no oil is visible

7. Add milk and mix well

8. Sift in the mixture of low-gluten flour, corn starch and salt, mix well to make egg yolk paste

9. Add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg whites, add sugar three times and beat until almost dry.

10. Take 1/3 of the meringue and add it to the egg yolk paste and cut evenly

11. Pour the egg yolk paste back into the remaining meringue and mix well.

12. Pour the mixed cake batter into the baking pan and smooth it gently with a spatula. Gently shake the baking pan to remove bubbles and make the cake batter smooth. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.

13. After baking, take it out and turn it upside down, tear off the wax paper

14. Turn it upside down and apply hawthorn sauce

15. Roll up the cake slices and let them set for a while, then cut and eat.
