How to make cranberry chocolate mooncake

15. To make cranberry chocolate: fill the chocolate mould with the filling until it is 80% full.

16. Freeze in refrigerator.

17. Freeze until hard, take it out and pour melted chocolate all over the surface.

18. After smoothing, put it in the refrigerator and freeze it until hard. It can be eaten after removing from the mold. (If you don’t finish it, keep it in the refrigerator)
