How to make rose buns

Rose buns do not refer to buns wrapped with roses, but rather buns whose color is like roses. They look beautiful and have a good effect in promoting appetite. To make rose buns, you must first make rose-colored fillings. You can add some dragon fruit juice to the fillings so that the color is like roses, and the buns taste particularly fragrant and have very good nutritional value.

How to make rose buns

1. Put yeast and sugar in a cup and set aside.

2. Add appropriate amount of warm water and stir.

3. Put the flour in a bowl, dig a small hole in the middle, and put the yeast liquid in.

4. Use chopsticks to stir until it becomes floc-like.

5. Knead into a smooth dough.

6. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rise for half an hour.

7. After half an hour, press the dough with your fingers. If it does not shrink, it is ready.

8. Put the dough on the chopping board and knead it into a smooth surface.

9. Divide the dough into several small portions.

10. Flatten five of the dough pieces with your hands and use a rolling pin to roll them into the shape shown below. Take another bit of dough and knead it into thin strips and place them at the bottom of the dough to form the pistil of the rose.

11. Start rolling up from the bottom.

12. Dip some flour on the chopsticks and slowly cut the rolled noodles, turning and cutting at the same time.
