1.1 Take out 200g of mung beans. Although it is wash-free, you still need to rinse it with clean water.

2.2 The mung beans I chose are high-quality ones with uniform color and size, easy to cook and soften. I recommend that you also choose beans of better quality, so that you can cook bean paste without a pressure cooker.

3.1 Rinse the black oats with water and let them settle. The incomplete oats will float up and be thrown away. Each oatmeal should be complete.

4.2 I also use high-quality raw materials for black oats. I do not recommend using cooked oats. Raw oats can be cooked with mung beans for a while to absorb the flavors and have a better taste.

5. Cook the mung beans first. Don’t put too much water in a small soup pot. Add natural rock sugar when it boils. Remember, we want to eat the bean paste, not drink the mung bean soup (after the water boils, please adjust the heat to simmer)

6. The mung beans have bloomed, which is about 15 minutes. Put the washed black oatmeal into the pot and cook together.

7. Wait until the pot boils and the rock sugar is completely melted (pour into a small bowl and let it cool before serving)
