How to make carrot, leek and meat dumplings

4. Add three spoons of thirteen spices.

5. Add three spoons of oyster sauce.

6. Add two and a half tablespoons of salt.

8. Cut the sugared dough into small pieces.

9. Knead thoroughly and roll into long and thin strips.

13. Bring the water to a boil and add the dumplings.

14. While the dumplings are cooking, start preparing the dumpling sauce. Grate the garlic into minced garlic and add a small amount of salt.

15. Add a small amount of light soy sauce and then rice vinegar.

16. Add a drop of sesame oil.

17. Add chili oil and chopped coriander and mix well.

18. When the dumplings are cooked, take them out and eat them while they are hot!
