How to make buns

Many people enjoy the temptation brought by delicious food. Steamed buns are equally tempting, with simple ingredients and rich vegetable aroma. When you are at home studying cooking during the holidays, you can try making this delicious dish that stimulates your taste buds, and you can also try some different cooking methods.

1. Chop the green onion and ginger into small pieces and put them into a food processor. Add a little water and beat them into a paste.

2. Add scallions, ginger sauce, salt and sesame oil to the beef and mix well. Chop half a scallion and add it to the beef filling and mix well for later use.

3. Wash the celery, prepare the eggs, and soak the fungus and cordyceps flowers in advance.

4. Put a little peanut oil in the pan, fry the eggs until cooked, and cut them into pieces for later use.

5. Wash the celery and leaves, blanch them in water, remove them from the water, cool them down, drain and chop them into small pieces. Chop the cordyceps flowers and fungus, put all the broken eggs into a bowl, add salt, chicken essence, green onions, ginger juice and sesame oil, mix well and set aside

6. Mix both fillings and set aside

7. Add appropriate amount of yeast, sugar, baking powder to the flour and mix with warm water. Let it rise for 2 hours and take it out. Prepare the black rice flour.

11. Take a bottle cap and press a circle in the middle of one of the doughs. Remove the excess dough.

13. Turn over and place the dough with the hole facing down.

14. Wrap the vegetarian filling and pinch it into bun folds

16. Fold the dough with holes from all sides.

17. Wrap beef filling and shape into buns

18. Pinch and seal the bun.

19. The same goes for the rest. Wrap all the dumplings and put them into the steamer. Add cold water to the pot and put the raw dumplings in. Cover the pot and turn on low heat until the pot boils and steams. Then turn to high heat and steam for 15 minutes.

21. The remaining noodles can be squeezed and steamed separately for family members to enjoy.
