11. Remove air from the fermented dough and divide it into small doughs of uniform size. 12. Take a small piece of dough and roll it into a pancake with a thick middle and thin outer layer.

13. Put stuffing on the bun skin. 14. Support the dough with your thumb and use your index finger to evenly fold the skin to make a bun.

15. After wrapping everything, add sugar and simmer for 15 minutes. 16. Put water in the steamer and bring it to a boil. Put the steamed buns on the steamer and steam for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and steam for 5 minutes.
