How to cook vegan king oyster mushrooms

5. When the juice gradually thickens, pour in a little abalone juice or oyster sauce. I usually add half a teaspoon for 3 medium-sized king oyster mushrooms. After stir-frying evenly, pour in a small spoonful of vinegar, depending on the acidity of your vinegar and the amount of food you are stir-frying.

6. Just serve it on a plate and serve with rice or noodles. It’s a little fresh and sour and very delicious.
