How to make lean meat, corn and green pepper pizza

1.1 Heat oil in a pan, add the marinated lean meat and corn into the pan and fry until cooked, then add onions and peppers into the pan and fry. (The photos of fried lean meat and corn are omitted here because they were not taken.)

2.2 I didn’t take a photo of the large collection of preparation materials. Mix high-gluten flour, low-gluten flour and sugar, soak the yeast in warm water, add it to the flour and knead into dough, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes.

3.1 Take out after baking, spread with homemade pizza sauce and add a layer of mozzarella cheese.

4.2 Divide the dough into two parts, roll each into round dough sheets (freeze one part in the refrigerator and take it out next time). Roll the edges inwards, poke many small holes on the bottom of the dough with a fork, and apply egg liquid on it. Put it in the microwave oven and bake for about fifteen minutes.

5. Add onions, green peppers, corn and lean meat, then put a layer of pizza sauce and cheese.

6. Put it in the microwave oven and bake at 170 degrees for 15 minutes, and at 190 degrees for 5 minutes. (The temperature is set according to the characteristics of your own oven.)

7. It becomes a little burnt after a while.
