How to cook sea bass with beer

1. I bought a large sea bass, which I couldn’t finish in one go. After I cleaned it up, I chopped it into pieces and put it in bags in the refrigerator. When I want to eat it, I just take a bag and thaw it. After defrosting, apply a small amount of salt on each piece of fish and let it sit for ten minutes.

2.1 Heat the pan until it smokes, pour in a proper amount of oil, add a little salt, use kitchen paper to absorb the moisture on the surface of the fish, and put them into the pan one by one to fry. Do not move the fish. After 2-3 minutes, shake the pan with your hand. When the fish can move, turn the fish over and continue frying until the fish can shake.

3.2 Slice the ginger, cut the garlic in half, cut the chili pepper, cut the green onion, put them together in a bowl, pour in appropriate amount of white vinegar, cooking wine, soy sauce and salt for later use

4. Pour in the prepared seasoning, cover the pot, shake the pot with your hands, and then open the lid.

5. Pour in enough beer to cover the fish. Cover the lid, turn on high heat, cook for 5-6 minutes, then reduce the heat to low for about 10 minutes. During this time, shake the pan with your hands to prevent the fish from sticking to the pan.

6. Collect the sauce and serve
