How to make salt fried pork belly

If you want to eat delicious food, good cooking skills are of course indispensable. Today I will introduce the method of salt-fried pork belly to friends who like cooking!

1. Wash the green pepper and cut into pieces; wash and slice the pork belly, add sesame oil, light soy sauce, and dry starch, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes. The slices of salt-fried pork should be cut a little thicker, about 0.5cm. I cut mine too thin, and most importantly, it didn’t look good, o(╯□╰)o So I had to make a modified version of salt-fried pork belly.

2.1 Pour the marinated meat slices into the pot, spread them out a little, let them sit for two minutes, and then stir-fry. The half-fat and half-lean pork belly will release oil at this time. After stir-frying until oil comes out, add appropriate amount of bean paste.

3.2 Heat up a pan with a little oil. When the oil temperature reaches 60%, sauté the chopped ginger and garlic. At this point there is only a little oil in the pan.

4. Move the meat to one side of the pot, pour the green pepper into the pot, stir-fry with the oil in the pot until cooked, and add salt to taste. Then mix the meat and green pepper, stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat and serve.

No matter what you do, you need to work hard to improve your skills, and the same is true for cooking.
