1. The specific steps are as follows: the recipe ratio is: 100 grams of low-gluten flour, 20 grams of cornstarch, 4 grams of baking powder, 100 grams of milk, 25 grams of vegetable oil, 70 grams of eggs, and 40 grams of sugar.

2. Method

1) Mix all the ingredients, stir with an electric whisk at low speed for one minute, pour into a measuring cup and refrigerate for two hours.

2) Preheat the mold and pour the egg batter into it. Don't pour too much egg batter to prevent it from swelling and overflowing.

3) Turn it over immediately after pouring it and cook it on the fire for about one minute. Cook both sides until golden brown.

4) Place the drying net. If there is an electric fan blowing on it before eating, or wait a minute before eating, you can also brush the ingredients before eating.

2) Heat the mold. If you are afraid of sticking, you can brush a little oil in the mold first. This is only used when pouring the batter for the first time. After making one, you don’t need to brush oil again.

70g low-gluten flour, 10g corn starch, 2g baking powder.

50g eggs, 30g milk, 25g water, 30g fine sugar, 30g corn oil.

1. Sift together flour, baking powder, custard powder, cornstarch, etc.

2. Beat eggs and sugar, then add milk and beat thoroughly.

3. Add the sifted powder and water into the egg and sugar, beat until it becomes a batter. Finally add oil and mix well for 30 minutes. Set aside.

4. Heat both sides of the egg mold and pour the batter until it is 80% full.

5. Clamp the mold and shake it evenly, then turn it upside down and place it on the stove. Cook the bottom side over medium-low heat for 2 minutes each.

6. Use a fork to remove the mold and eat.
