How to make Henan braised noodles

15. Open the lid again and use two chopsticks to pick up the noodles and stir them in the middle like I did! The vegetables and noodles can be mixed evenly. At this time, you can turn off the heat, cover the lid and simmer for a few minutes.

16. It will be ready in a few minutes. Open the lid and stir it like I did last time, then you can eat it! You can also sprinkle some cilantro or garlic sprouts.
