Heinz Tomato Beef Brisket Recipe

1. Prepare the materials

10. Pour in the blanched beef brisket, stir fry evenly, then add one or two spoons of cooking wine to remove the fishy smell

11. Pour clean water into the pot, the amount of water should be equal to or more than the amount of beef.

12. After the water boils, pour in the carrots and onions, and cut the peeled tomatoes into pieces and pour them into the pot

13. Add a little basil to enhance the flavor, cover and simmer on low heat for 40 minutes.
