[How to make northern siomai]: 1. Choose a large, tender radish, wash and slice it, and cook it in a pot until it can be crushed by hand. Select high-quality fine flour, stir it with warm water, roll and knead it repeatedly to make a dough, use glutinous rice flour as the filling dough, use a roller-type rolling pin to roll it into a very thin dumpling skin, add glutinous rice flour while rolling, put the stuffing into the dough when wrapping, and shape it into a steamed bun with a pomegranate flower shape on the top and a lantern shape on the bottom, and steam it in a steamer for 20 minutes. When eating, add appropriate amount of garlic juice and fragrant oil to the flower edge of the siu mai to make it taste better.
