How to make Japanese tin foil baked pork

How to make Japanese tin foil baked pork

Modern people are under great pressure in life and work, so we must relieve stress in time. Among the methods of stress relief, the most common one is diet. If you often feel stressed, you might as well try making yourself a delicious meal. After eating it, you may find that the world has become different. So, let me tell you about the method of making Japanese tin foil baked pork.

1. Spread the onion shreds on the bottom layer of tin foil.

2.12 Place the chopped mushrooms around the onion shreds, and then place the pork slices on the mushrooms and onions (the pork should be marbled pork slices, which means there are evenly distributed fat shreds among the lean meat, a bit like marbled beef, with a net-like distribution of fat. The pork roasted in that way is the most fragrant).

3.21 Spread the chive flowers.

4. Add Japanese fried sauce.

5. Pour 6 spoons of Japanese soy sauce, a seasoning made of bonito broth and chicken powder (if you don’t have Japanese soy sauce, you don’t need to add chicken powder if you use soy sauce that has already been added with monosodium glutamate or other flavor enhancers. The bonito broth is made by adding water to the thick bonito broth).

6.1 Mix the liquid seasoning and ingredients (you can shake it by the side of the tin foil, but make sure to support the ingredients underneath to avoid breaking the tin foil).

7.2 Add two spoons of drinking water (the spoon in the picture is the spoon used to measure Japanese soy sauce. Since fried bean paste, soy sauce and broth all contain salt, it is important to add water in moderation for seasoning).

8. Wrap the ingredients.

9. Add appropriate amount of salt to the pan and stir-fry until warm.

10. Place the ingredients wrapped in tin foil into the evenly heated salt.

11. Cover the pot and bake on medium-low heat for 20 minutes.

Food is the most important thing in our lives, so eating healthily is even more important. Today I’ll introduce to you the Japanese-style tin foil baked pork. The method is easy to learn and the steps are simple. Go to your home kitchen and show your skills.
