It will be soft after an hour and a half. If you use a pressure cooker, it will probably be ready in 20 minutes. If the chopsticks can penetrate the beef, it means it is almost cooked and can be taken out.

2. Cut the cooked beef into pieces, cut the cabbage into pieces, and cut the kimchi into pieces

3. Put some oil in the pot, heat the oil slightly, add onion segments, ginger slices, and dried red peppers and sauté until fragrant. Add beef, soy sauce, salt and cooking wine and stir-fry for a few minutes. Pour in the chopped Chinese cabbage and add a little salt to stir-fry until the water comes out.

5. Then turn down the high heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
