4. Pour oil into the wok. When the oil is 50% hot, turn to medium-low heat and add diced sausage, diced winter bamboo shoots, diced mushrooms, wolfberry, and chopped green onion (the remaining half) and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

5. Then add the soaked glutinous rice and stir-fry for about 3 minutes, add salt to taste

6. Put the fried glutinous rice into the rice cooker, add water 1cm higher than the glutinous rice, and steam until cooked.

7. Take out the marinated chicken thighs, pat them with the back of a knife to make them flat, then put an appropriate amount of steamed glutinous rice on the chicken, then roll up the chicken thighs and tie them up with cotton thread.

8. Wrap the chicken thighs with tin foil to make them look like candy, put them in the middle layer of the preheated oven, and bake them at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.

9. After baking, take out the chicken rolls, uncover the tin foil, brush a layer of barbecue sauce on the chicken rolls, and continue baking for about 25 minutes until the surface is golden and cooked.
