How to make King Oyster Mushroom Tofu Box

1. Ingredients: half a block of tofu, one king oyster mushroom, a little celery

2.1 Start processing the King Oyster Mushroom. Don’t cut it all the way through with the first cut. Leave a little at the bottom and cut it with the second cut. As for the thickness of the layer, it depends on personal preference.

3.2 Use a spoon to mash the tofu, chop the celery and mix it into the tofu paste (I personally feel that the crispy feeling of celery adds a little taste, and it can slightly suppress the beany smell of tofu. If you don’t like celery, you can replace it with other ingredients, or you can leave it out), add a little salt, add cornstarch and mix well

4.1 Heat the pan and pour in olive oil

6. Put the processed King Oyster Mushroom box into a frying pan and fry over medium-low heat.

7. Fry until both sides turn brown, add a little water

8. Add tomato sauce, oyster sauce, chicken essence, a little salt (you don’t have to add it), and a little sugar

9. Cover the pot and simmer for one minute. After the boxes are out of the pot, use cornstarch to make a thin sauce with the remaining soup in the pot, and pour it on the king oyster mushroom boxes.
