How to make sweet and fragrant baked sweet potatoes

Going to a restaurant to eat is certainly convenient, but let’s not talk about whether the restaurant’s hygiene is up to standard, even the safety of the ingredients is hard to say. Cooking by yourself allows you to choose the best ingredients and ensure hygiene. Sweet and fragrant roasted sweet potatoes are simple to make and rich in nutrition. 1. Wash the sweet potatoes and select those that are almost the same size. Don’t choose ones that are too big, otherwise the core will be difficult to cook.

2. Tear off two pieces of tin foil.

3. Wrap the baking sheet like I did.

4. Put the sweet potatoes on top and cover it with another piece of paper.

5. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

6. After stopping, take it out, turn it over and continue baking for 15 minutes.

7. Similarly, turn it over again for 15 minutes.

8. The sweet potatoes have been baked for 45 minutes. When you pinch them with your hands, they are very soft in the middle and you can see a lot of sugar juice flowing out from the edges.

9. The whole house is filled with fragrance, and I can’t wait to tear it open and show it.

10. Peel off the skin and the middle part will be more tempting.
