How to make cabbage and pork potstickers

As a woman, should you learn to cook some decent food for the man you love? The answer must be yes. So, now I will introduce the method of making cabbage and pork pot stickers.

1. Slowly add water to the flour, stirring with chopsticks until it becomes floc-like.

2. Knead into a dough, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 20 minutes.

3. While the dough is rising, prepare the filling: wash the cabbage, drain the water and cut into small cubes.

4. Put the chopped cabbage into a bowl, add a spoonful of salt, stir and marinate for a while.

5. Slice the pork, cut it into strips, and then into small cubes. Chop it a few times to make minced meat.

6. Add chopped onion and ginger, light soy sauce, salt, oyster sauce, chicken essence, sesame oil, light soy sauce and five-spice powder to the meat filling and mix well.

7. Squeeze out the water from the salted cabbage with gauze, add a little sesame oil and mix well.

8.Mix the cabbage and minced meat evenly.

9. After the filling is ready, you can work with the dough. The dough can be easily kneaded into a very smooth texture after 20 minutes of proofing.

10. Knead the dough into strips of uniform thickness and then cut into small pieces.

11. Use a rolling pin to roll the dumpling skin into a round shape, then roll it from the middle upwards into an oval shape.

12. Take a piece of dough, put the filling in the middle, pinch the middle first, and then seal the top.

13. Then pinch the bottom and slightly adjust it into a long strip of uniform thickness.

14. Follow the steps to wrap all the dough.

15. Pour a little oil into the pan, place the pot stickers in place, and fry over low heat.

16. When the bottom is fried into golden brown, add water until it reaches 2/3 of the pot stickers.

17. Bring to a boil over high heat, cover the pot and fry over medium-low heat.

18. Fry until the water is dried up and the pot stickers are cooked, sprinkle with black sesame seeds and serve.
