How to make white flour steamed cake at home

White flour steamed cake is a popular pasta, and people in many regions have the habit of eating it. Of course, if you have the time, energy and conditions, you can make white flour steamed cake at home. In this way, you can choose to add or not add raisins, formula milk or other foods according to your preferences. 1. Prepare materials;

2. Wash and drain the raisins;

3. Add sugar and yeast to the flour and mix well;

4. Add appropriate amount of warm water to make it into a thick paste. Don’t make it too thin, so add water indirectly and don’t pour too much at one time.

5. Mix into a thick paste;

6. Add appropriate amount of raisins and mix well, or you can choose not to add them;

7. Apply a thin layer of oil to the stainless steel basin in advance (the container for steaming cake can be replaced by a ceramic bowl or cake mold);

8. Pour in the prepared batter, dip your hands in clean water and smooth the batter with your hands, cover with a lid or plastic wrap and place in a warm place to ferment until it doubles in size;

9. After fermentation, there will be obvious honeycomb shape;

10. You can sprinkle some sesame seeds or put some red dates! After boiling the water in the pot, steam the dumplings for about 30 minutes. After steaming, simmer for another 3-5 minutes before removing from the pot to prevent them from shrinking when cooled.

11. Take it out and let it cool to room temperature before demoulding;

12. Cut into the shape you like.

Mix flour, beer, water, sugar and yeast and knead the dough or use a bread machine to knead the dough for 15 minutes. Put it in the oven at 35 degrees for 40 minutes. The dough will about triple in size. Take it out and knead the dough, put it in the oven and let it ferment at residual temperature for about 20 minutes. It can be taken out in about three times. Boil water in a large pot, turn off the heat when it starts to make noises. Put the dough into an eight-inch mold and flatten it. Place the dough in the pot at the same height as the mold. Sprinkle with raisins. Bring water to a boil and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from the pan and turn upside down. After controlling the moisture, cut into eight pieces.

Ingredients required: 90g gluten noodles, 90g formula milk, 2g yeast.

step:

1. Let the formula milk cool to 30 degrees, add yeast, mix well, and let it stand for 10 minutes;

2. Add formula milk yeast solution to the flour, stir well, put into mold, and let it rise until it is twice as large, about 50 minutes in summer;

3. Put the pot into boiling water, steam for 30 minutes, turn off the heat, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
