1. Cut the tofu into 2 cm cubes;

3.2 Heat the pan, add oil, add green pepper and salt after the oil is hot, so that the tofu can be flavored and less damaged; add the tofu and start frying. For the control of the heat, refer to "Key Points and Difficulties"; fry until the degree shown in the picture;

4. After the tofu is fried, remove from the pan and wash the pan; add a little oil, heat it, add chopped green onion and garlic and sauté over medium heat; put the tofu into the oil pan, stir well, add the water starch, stir well, and remove from the pan after the starch has completely coated the tofu; place on a plate, put washed lettuce on the bottom of the plate, and place the tofu on the lettuce. Especially delicious with rice!
