6. Add brown sugar, jujube, ginger slices, scallion segments, and the juice from the previous marinade of the ribs.

7. Pour hot water until the ingredients in the pot are just covered. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium heat for about 30 minutes, adding a little salt.

8. When the soup in the pot becomes thick, add vinegar and stir fry evenly.

9. After cooking for another two or three minutes, thicken with water starch, drizzle with sesame oil and serve.
