Ingredients for Huaishan, wolfberry, and salvia miltiorrhiza soup : 4 grams each of Huaishan, wolfberry, and salvia miltiorrhiza, 1 liang of dangshen, a piece of tangerine peel, a black chicken, and a little salt. Method: 1. Kill and clean the black chicken, remove the hair, internal organs and fat. Soak yam, wolfberry and tangerine peel and wash them clean. 1. Wash the salvia miltiorrhiza and dangshen, and slice them; 2. Add clean water to a clay pot, boil it over high heat, add the ingredients, wait for the water to boil again, switch to medium heat and continue to boil for three hours, add a little salt to taste, and you're done!
