How to make bean sprout and pork fried pancake

1.1 Brush a small amount of oil on the electric baking pan, pour in the batter, spread it flat, turn it over, and the pancake is ready.

2.2 Add flour to half a bowl of water and stir well (if you like salty food, you can add some salt) until it becomes a paste and thicker. Meanwhile, prepare other ingredients.

3.1 Heat the oil in a pan, add chopped green onion, ginger slices and dried red chili peppers, stir-fry until fragrant.

4.2 Cut the pancake into 5cm long strips and the fried bean sprout and pork pancake into 1.5cm long strips.

5. Pour in the chopped meat, stir-fry twice, then add a spoonful of dark soy sauce and continue to stir-fry until it is 80% cooked.

6. Pour in the bean sprouts (not the vegetable soup, it will be used later) and stir-fry with the soy sauce pork slices.

7. Pour in the small pancake strips. If the pan is too dry, add some vegetable soup and stir well.

8. Add five-spice powder and salt according to your taste, then add the vegetable soup and stir well.
