How to cook shredded pork with lotus root

1. Marinate the shredded pork: add cooking wine, salt, pepper and corn starch, stir well with chopsticks and marinate for 5 minutes.

2. Cut the lotus root into strips vertically and soak it in clean water to remove the starch on the surface.

7/7 Wait until the water is basically gone, add a certain amount of table salt. The amount of salt should be moderate and not too much. Remove from the heat in about 1 minute.
