1. Cut the radish into slices and marinate it with appropriate amount of salt, sugar and lemon juice to make sweet and sour cherry radish.

The rice should be cooked moderately, not too dry or too wet, because vinegar will be added to it, which will increase the humidity. If the rice is too dry, the sushi made from it will not be sticky. After the cooked rice is cooked, open the lid of the rice cooker and let it cool to about 40 degrees. Pour in sushi vinegar and mix well with the rice. If you don't have sushi vinegar, you can use white vinegar + cold boiled water in a ratio of 1:1 and then add sugar and salt to mix it yourself

5. To make flower sushi, you need 3 eggs. This was my first time making this kind of sushi, so I had no experience and was afraid that there wouldn’t be enough egg skin, so I used 3 eggs. Add appropriate amount of white sugar to eggs and beat evenly. Spread into sweet egg skin in the pan

6.1 Fold the egg skin in half, put the sweet and sour cherry radish squeezed out of the water on top, wrap the radish in the egg skin and set aside

7.2 When spreading the egg skin, if you don’t have a non-stick pan, you can first use a piece of kitchen paper to dip a little oil in the pan. This way the oil in the pan is more evenly distributed, and the spread of the egg skin will not be too thick or too thin.

8. Use a knife to cut off the skin of the cucumber with a little flesh, cut it into small pieces, marinate it with a little salt for 3 minutes, then squeeze out the water with your hands, take another container and mix the rice mixed with vinegar and the chopped cucumber.

9. Spread the rice evenly on the nori and put plastic wrap on the sushi mat under the nori. Place the egg kimchi rolls you just rolled on the rice

10. Use the sushi mat to roll up the rice ball tightly and the sushi is ready. Cut into pieces with a knife dipped in hot water
