First, how to make bread dumplings ? Prepare 500g flour, an egg, and an appropriate amount of water. First beat the eggs in a bowl, then put the flour into the bowl. Then sprinkle water on the "snowflake noodles" and stir it with your hands to make it into small lumpy doughs called "grape noodles". At this time, the flour has not absorbed enough water and is relatively hard. You can roll the dough into a block, wipe off the batter on the basin or panel, dip your hands in some water to wash off the flour on your hands and sprinkle it on the "grape noodles". You can then use both hands to knead the grape noodles into a smooth dough. This method of kneading dough is called the "three-step water adding method", which can make the whole kneading process clean and neat, and achieve the effect of "glossy dough, shiny basin, and shiny hands".
