How to make rye toast

Many people are the only child in their families, and they grow up under the protection of their parents. Faced with such a reality, you definitely don't want to starve to death, so you have to do it yourself. Now, I will teach you how to make rye toast.

1. Mix all the ingredients, knead them into a thin film that is not easy to break, and then ferment them once (about 1 hour)

2.1 Knead into oval shape and wait for 15 minutes (mid-fermentation)

3.2 Let the dough ferment to about twice its original size. Place the dough on the chopping board and press it with your hands to squeeze out the air inside.

4. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a 18 cm pancake, and roll it from the inside out to make it smooth. Wait for 15 minutes (for fermentation in the middle)

5. Put the dough into the mold, with the seam just below, and ferment it for the second time until the dough reaches 70% to 80% of the mold.

6. Put it in a preheated oven at 160 degrees and bake for about 25 minutes
