1. Dice the tenderloin, carrot and cucumber and set aside.

2. Add oil to a medium-high heat pan and add the tenderloin. Stir-fry quickly to avoid sticking to the bottom.

3. When the tenderloin turns completely white, add carrot and cucumber and stir-fry evenly.

4. Add water to the pot until it covers the tenderloin, pour in vinegar, bean paste, soy sauce and sugar, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over low heat until thick.

5. Add a small amount of cold water to corn starch and mix well.

6. Thicken, turn off the heat and wait to cool.

7. Take a clean sealed glass jar, soak it in hot water and drain it.

8. Put the cooled tenderloin sauce into the bottle, add a few drops of soju, and seal the can. Eat as you like. Adding some soju can extend the shelf life.
