How to make no-knead bread

1.1 Cover with plastic wrap, let it ferment for 2 hours on the stove, then put it in the refrigerator overnight.

2.2 Add yeast, honey and salt to warm water (210 grams per bowl of water) and stir well. Beat the eggs, melt the butter over water, pour all the liquid into the flour (if there is not enough water, add 105 grams, depending on the condition of the flour), and mix well.

3. After taking it out, use a knife to cut the appropriate amount of dough, sprinkle some dry flour (very sticky) and roll it into long strips to make braids (or circles).

4. After relaxing for 20 minutes, brush with a layer of egg liquid and sprinkle some black sesame seeds (white sugar is also fine).

5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the baking tray on the middle layer, and bake for about 25 minutes (I made it too big and it took 30 minutes). I covered it with tin foil for the last 5 minutes.

6. I tasted it and it didn’t feel sweet, so I brushed the rest with egg liquid and sprinkled it with rock sugar.
