10. Use a brush to evenly apply some clean water, leaving about 1-1.5 cm at the top.

11. Spread the cinnamon sugar powder evenly on top.

12. Roll up the dough and pinch the seam

13. Divide the dough into 9 equal parts and place them in the baking pan. Adjust the shape of the dough.

14. Cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment again. When the volume becomes 1.5 to 2 times, preheat the oven to 200° and bake for about 13 minutes.
