Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into: 15cm walnut doughnut and 40cm rectangle. Place filling on top. (Don’t use too much force when spreading the filling, so as not to break the dough with the walnuts. The filling should be spread evenly and flatly.) 9. Roll up the dough, put it into the mold and pinch the joints tightly. (Smooth side down) Place in fermentation box for final fermentation, about 40 minutes 10. When the dough is 80% full, apply egg wash (extra amount) and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes (if the surface is too dark, cover with tin foil and continue baking) 11. After the bread is out of the oven, turn it over (bottom side up) and place it on a cooling rack to cool. After it is completely cooled, add the decoration liquid (mix icing sugar, instant coffee powder, hot water, and add appropriate amount of Hershey chocolate beans) 12.
