Finally, decorate the surface with fruits (the original recipe also sprinkles some sugar on the surface at this step), and then ferment for 20 to 30 minutes (in fact, because I made two, it is summer and the temperature is high here, and I was taking pictures while making, so basically when the second one is done, I can put the first one into the preheated oven)

20. Bake at 20°C for 25-35 minutes until the surface is golden brown (cover with tin foil if it browns too quickly); take out and continue to bake the second one. After both are baked, place them on a rack to cool slightly before cutting into pieces.
